SHINTO KATANA WITH DRAGON HORIMONO
Shinto Katana. Ubu Mumei. 26 3/8'' or 67 cm blade with dragon horimono that looks much larger because of its wide and healthy shape. Suguha,hamon. O Itame hada, and komaru boshi with long kaeri.
The blade remains in good original polish with only minor scratches and can be enjoyed as is.. The koshirae is also in nice condition. The green lacquered saya with a black waves pattern comes with a matching kojiri also in a waves design. Good quality matching fuchi kashira in dark shakudo with gold birds in high relief. Large bird menuki. The large cast sukashi tsuba with shishi and botan is very nice.
