Offered for sale is an early type 98 heavy metal saya in excellent condition. At approx. 30 1/2 inches – 77.5 cm overall length the saya measures longer than the normal standard gunto saya and it will take a blade of approx. 28 ½ inches – 72.5 cm including the habaki.
